Tell us more about you..

I have a degree in visual arts, but my research is totally focused on sound. I investigate sound as a material for the aesthetic experience and if there is bodily sound memory. I think of sound as a fascinating element to develop experiences beyond music. In my research, I look for ways to sensitize the whole body, not just the ears, to perceive and relate to sound material.

How do you describe your NFT Art?

Producing sound art in the NFT world is, as always, a challenge. The musical register made all sound thought to be, in some way, enclosed in characteristics such as rhythm, melody, cadence, etc. And any other type of sound production, such as noise or tonal investigations, end up entering a field of experimentation that is little known. So I describe my production in the NFT world as challenging and intransigent. That causes the perception of sound by other ways that are parallel and beyond the music. Noises, pure tones, frequencies, wave oscillations, beats, samples. There are several possibilities for investigating the matter of sound.

Why did you choose this piece to show us?

Especially because it is part of an event that she was part of, but because it ends up bringing together some of these elements that I mentioned. Wave oscillation, noise, some frequencies in different tones. There is also a visual appeal. See the sound wave dancing as I build the way it sounds. It's beautiful and fun.

Can you leave a message to collectors and other artists that are willing to connect with you?

Today and always will be a pleasure to talk about sound matter. The political, social and aesthetic dimensions that permeate sound thinking interest me a lot. Allowing yourself to feel art with other parts of your body, not just your eyes or ears, is what I want. Profoundly.
